TeleBudgie Route ® is an add-on software
module of TeleBudgie ® where fleet managers / operators can force
a vehicle to travel on a predefined route from source to destination(s).
Whenever a vehicle deviates from the specified route, fleet managers are
informed via email and/or via SMS that the vehicle is deviating from the
route. This functionality is intended to assist fleet managers visually
(Google maps) as well as informative text.
Key benefits of TeleBudgie Route ®
Alerts
Once a telematics device is fitted in a vehicle, registered,
configured using TeleBudgie ® and enabled for TeleBudgie Route , it
acts as a virtual eye for the fleet managers on that vehicle and notifies
fleet managers with following alerts:
• Deviates from a scheduled route
• Pre notification of arrival at destination
• Vehicle not arriving at destination within scheduled time
• Enters into a Geofence other than the Geofences it is allowed
to visit.
Geofencing
A Geofence is a virtual area marked on a map which means that
every time a vehicle enters or leaves the designated area the system is
alerted. This is useful for tracking vehicles travelling between depots
or customer locations to prevent any deviation from the route OR visit
to an unwanted area. User can register any new depot(s), outlets and sales
points by drawing that area on Google earth.
WayBill
A waybill is a document issued by a carrier giving details and instructions
relating to the shipment of a consignment of goods. Typically it will
show the names of the consignor and consignee, the point of origin of
the consignment, its destination, route, and quantity of cargo. When vehicle
leaves from source TeleBudgie Route system starts monitoring it on the
designated journey. An authorized person on the receiving end (consignee)
can confirm the delivery of goods by sending a formatted SMS to us.
Reports
Reports give concise information on different functionalities of TeleBudgie
Route. The reports are listed below
• Route Violation Report
• Scheduled Goods Report
• False WayBill Confirmed
Why subscribe to TeleBudgie Route?
We know drivers can deviate from route for their personal
interests and fleet managers don’t have any control on them once
the vehicle has left the source. Fleet managers are busy people and they
don’t have time to really keep track of each single vehicle whether
the driver is heading to its correct destination or not. Additionally
fleet managers don’t really know whether a driver has delivered
the correct quantity of cargo to destination.
Now all they have to do is just additionally subscribe for
TeleBudgie Route (pay a bit more and be relax), register online and then
receive Emails and SMS messages whenever a vehicle deviates from route,
visits unwanted areas and pre notification of arrival at destination and
arrival back to source.
Fleet managers are notified with the details of consignment
(WayBill voucher No, quantity of cargo delivered, name of destination
and vehicle registration number on which consignment was delivered).
Fleet managers can now relax as they will be notified via
the alerts as soon as they occur on a specific journey.
